Welcome to SoldFront. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services.

1. Service agreement

By using SoldFront, you agree to these terms. Our service provides real estate website generation, MLS/IDX feed sync, and hosting.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring your MLS credentials and content comply with your MLS's IDX rules and applicable laws.

3. MLS/IDX data

Listing data displayed on your site is provided under license from your MLS via an authorized IDX vendor (Bridge, Trestle, MLS Grid, or Spark) once your MLS approves your feed. Display and use of that data are subject to your MLS's IDX rules and attribution requirements.

4. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
